Relaxation massage: A full body Massage using oil with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. A full body Relaxation massage is beneficial when the problem you're facing is stress or tension related.
DeepTissue: Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. Using trigger point therapies, the benefits of this are the specific work returning function of the limb or joint by improving range of motion and healing injuries below the surface. Usually focused in specific areas of discomfort and then moved out to general areas once concern areas have been addressed.
Myofascial Release: Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. The method engages the myofascial tissue and loads it with constant force until release occurs. To achieve this, practitioners can use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia. Fascial tissue is the connective tissue that intersects the body and attaches things to each other. When tight or dehydrated, it goes from a viscous, fluid-like syrup to a tacky solid, more like a glue stick. This is what then causes pain as it locks parts of the muscle body together and prevents proper range of motion. To address this the practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached and opened once more.
Prenatal Massage: Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the specific needs of expecting women. Using bolstering pillows to comfortably lay the expecting mother on the table without pressure on the abdomen, this massage technique focuses on safely relieving pains that commonly occur during pregnancy, addressing the low back, feet and swollen limbs, respectively.
Abdominal Massage: Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body's ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction. Visceral Manipulation (VM) does not focus solely on the site of pain or dysfunction, but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem. The VM therapist feels for altered or decreased motion within the viscera, as well as restrictive patterns throughout the body and then applies VM techniques. Similar to Lymphatic work, this focuses on gentle fluid moving techniques primarily in the abdomen to restore better function to organs and bowels.
Integrated Reflexology: Integrated Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your hands and feet to help correct nerve related tension throughout your body. The hour massage focuses on 10 minutes per hand and foot to take time to work constrictions that are directly compromising nerve pathways. Using the information from where constrictions are found in the hands and feet the massage is then directed into correlating muscle groups to follow the trouble as each nerve carries a pathway through these different muscle bodies.
Water Cupping: Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. This is greatly beneficial to clients who can't receive hard pressure but need deep tissue work. Cupping does have some contraindications, it is not recommended if you are pregnant, suffer from Anemia or unmedicated blood pressure issues. It should also be avoided if you have issues with healing after bruising or with clotting factors. All of this is because Cupping causes Ecchymosis to form on the skin, which is essentially a bruise that doesn't stem from actual tissue damage but from cappilaries leaking into the dermal layer and your body then reabsorbing that blood after a day or two.

Chair Massage: Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. Offering chair massage to your office can increase company morale, increase productivity, and can increase energy. You can schedule in 10, 15, and 20 minute massages within the scheduled time. A consent form must be signed by each person at time of massage. Chair massage is intended to see many people in short increments at events or offices, it cannot be scheduled for a singular 10 minute interval.
Hot stones (Basalt): Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more quickly than traditional pressure. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. It has all the benefits of Deep Tissue work without being left sore after.
Hot stones (Salt): Smooth Himalayan salt stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. These stones provide exfoliation and infuse the skin with minerals found in Himalayan salt. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides an entirely different experience from regular hot stones as the minerality helps provide the skin with essential vitamins.
Structural Integration: Massage intended to reorganize and integrate the body in relationship to gravity, by manipulating soft tissues and/or correcting inappropriate patterns of movement and re-balance the body and nervous system. This corrects postural issues be realigning how you naturally stand making it easier to correct posture related pains by making you naturally wish to stand in a more anatomical position than the incorrect pattern you've fallen into.
Cranio-Sacral Massage: Cranio-sacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer. This unique technique is very slow moving and focuses on manipulating the sutures in your skull on a microscopic level, the minute changes that occur greatly effect how fluid flows through your head and neck. This is a great modality for headache and Sinus issues.
Lymphatic Massage: Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans waste, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on its own. Once a large amount of waste is eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use its energy more directly to regenerate the cells. People have been known to lose weight, have increased energy level and sleep more deeply with this Technique. Lymphatic facilitation is incredibly slow work and doesn't feel like much is happening during the massage because of it, but can make you feel a little nauseous or dizzy coming off the table from the head rush of fluid that occurs afterward, for about 30 seconds.
